Cancellations
The following outlines our policy regarding cancellation of gift baskets, gift items for weddings, special occasions, christenings and corporate events.
Baskets and Gift Items including:
Weddings, Special Occasion, Christenings and Corporate EventsIf an order has already been dispatched, recalling is difficult and we are not able to accept cancellations. If you do wish to cancel, we recommend you make contact within 24 hours of ordering to check status. If delivery is not underway, we will happily cancel and refund any payment already made. (subject to conditions*)
* Important conditions for Cancellation and Return of order:
- Any item requiring personalized manufacture, printing or assembled goods (other than theassembly of goods into a gift basket) cannot be cancelled once production is underway.
Returns
Sweet Creations will not accept returns of unwanted goods, opened food items or perishable goods such as chocolate truffles nor are returns possible on specially designed or assembled wedding, special occasion, christening or corporate goods (eg. decorative boxes with contents and ribbon).
For damaged or faulty goods, please note the following instructions for return.
1. Please notify Sweet Creations prior to return of order within 5 days of receipt.

2. Repack merchandise securely (items must be returned in original packaging).
