Maple Salad Dressing

• 1 tsp granulated maple sugar or maple syrup
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp black pepper
• 1 tsp dried parsley
• 2 tbsp vinegar (your choice)
• 5 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tsp mayonnaise
• 1 French shallot chopped finely

Mix all ingredients together in a glass jar and cover firmly.

Shake until the mixture is creamy.

Serve with your favorite salad or on sliced tomatoes.
